To strengthen our team in the department \"Geotechnics & special civil engineering\"<\/strong> we are looking for you as Project Manager Civil Engineer (m\/f\/d)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Your tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Subsoil and foundation consulting as well as planning and implementation of geotechnical investigations<\/li>\n
  • Structural and static planning of geotechnical constructions for earthworks and special civil engineering (e.g. foundations, excavations, retaining walls, earthworks) with GGU or DC software<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of geotechnical reports in accordance with DIN 4020, stability analyses and settlement calculations<\/li>\n
  • Development of concepts and project planning for inner-city excavation pits<\/li>\n
  • Tendering of construction measures and assumption of specialist construction management<\/li>\n
  • Acquisition, customer support and negotiations with clients and specialist authorities<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for the technical, scheduling and economic handling of projects<\/li>\n
  • Possession of a car driver's license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you bring with you<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Degree in civil engineering (TH, FH, HS) with a focus on geotechnics and\/or statics.<\/li>\n
    • Several years of professional experience in independently advising clients on subsoil issues in Germany.<\/li>\n
    • Sound knowledge of the relevant technical regulations in the field of subsoil<\/li>\n
    • Experience in carrying out earth static calculations.<\/li>\n
    • Ideally experience in the tendering of construction measures in special civil engineering.<\/li>\n
    • Additional knowledge in the areas of contaminated site investigation, remediation, deconstruction or site preparation would be an advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Confident handling of common basic construction programs and MS Office.<\/li>\n
    • Very good written and spoken German (native speaker level).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
